Is your organization suffering from low productivity and morale? Motivation is closely correlated to employee productivity and retention. In large part, it’s up to you as a leader to spark a high level of sustained energy and peak performance in people. In this course, you will learn how to proactively create an environment in which people are highly motivated to perform. There are three factors that affect the motivation of employees—focused work, interpersonal support, and individual value. As a result of this course, you will emerge with both a plan of specific actions and the skills needed to build group and individual motivation.
