Frontline managers are the keystone to organizational performance and business results, but only if they are provided with the right knowledge and skill sets to do the job. This class arms a new (within first 2-3 years) or prospective leader with the knowledge and skills they need to confront the challenges they face in their leadership career. Participants will learn key leadership principles, imperatives and helpful tools to react effectively to difficult situations. Understand leadership and managment styles, effective communication, and how to give and receive feedback to build a positive reputation as well as add to the organization's overall success. Class materials and lunch included.
