One of the most prevalent forms of workplace discrimination is harassment. More and more we are learning about high-profile harassment situations in the news. With so many companies striving to be “The Employer of Choice” and unemployment rates near all-time lows, now more than ever, our organizations need to focus on inclusion and drawing teams closer while maintaining harassment-free cultures. This course reviews the legal side of sexual harassment and takes a journey through bullying, stereotyping, and inclusion to help us understand how closely related the topics of harassment and diversity are when someone has been offended in the workplace. When we focus on respect and inclusion, it is less likely we will offend each other.
