Mental Health First Aid Training - Adult

What would you do if you were confronted with someone who has a mental health concern or is in crisis? Just like CPR training will prepare someone to act in a physical crisis, Mental Health First Aid training will prepare you to act in a mental health crisis. One in four Americans experiences a mental health or addiction disorder each year. In this training, you will learn warning signs, risk factors, and 5 practical action steps. This foundational class will end in a certification that is valid for 3 years from The National Council for Behavioral Health. A light lunch will be provided. This vital class is important for everyone in our community! Anyone, anywhere can truly make a difference!
