: The word culture means different things to different people. Culture has many different layers that interact and includes macrocultures, organizational cultures, subcultures, and microcultures. This course will focus on organizational culture. An organization's culture affects how people communicate, how strategy is developed and implemented, and how people work in teams. This course will discuss both the culture within an organization as well as international cultures and how different cultures and globalization present opportunities and challenges for leadership.Instructor Description
: This class is an independent-study course. Students will have all the resources needed to successfully complete the course within the online material. A student helpdesk is available for technical support during the course enrollment.
Broadband or high-speed internet access is required. Broadband includes DSL, cable, and wireless connections.
