Short Description: Project management is the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of company resources in the short-term with the purpose of completing specific goals. While there are a number of available methods, careful consideration should always be given to the "big picture" project objectives, timeline, cost, and the roles and responsibilities of participants and stakeholders. This course will discuss the basics of project management from the initiation process through execution and project closure.

Instructor Description: This class is an independent-study course.  Students will have all the resources needed to successfully complete the course within the online material.  A student helpdesk is available for technical support during the course enrollment.
