EC: Connecting Reading with Reflective Writing and Thinking

This is a workshop that will give you take away lessons and activities that can be used in the ELA classroom. It will provide insight on how to incorporate the new 6th-grade writing standard, but it is NOT limited to 6th grade. The workshop will show ways to make a seamless connection between the text, writing, and thinking. All activities can be modified to fit into other content areas as well.
This workshop will take place through Google classroom. You will need to accept the invitation email sent to you by Melissa Harrell. Starting on June 11th. Criteria and objectives will be explained for the completion of the workshop in order to earn recertification points. An optional ZOOM meeting will be scheduled during the course time to answer questions and connect the date and time TBA
