 This is a G3 FastForward Grant Program: These programs are short-term training courses resulting in industry credentials for high-demand professions in our region. If you have been a Virginia resident for at least the past 12 months, you may be able to take this class for 1/3 of the full cost (FastForward price) or at $0 cost if you qualify for G3. If you are an IT professional looking to get into IT service management using ITIL best practices, the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) Foundation Certification course is the first step in your preparation. The course will prepare you for the ITIL Foundation, v4 exam, introducing you to basic concepts used in IT service management.
