Our instructor-led Customer Service classes help anyone who interacts with the public, whether it be in the retail or service sectors, face-to-face, in writing or on the phone, to look for opportunities to exceed Customer’s service expectations. These classes offer tips and suggestions for delivering exceptional Customer service even in those circumstances where the Customer may be unsatisfied and the only thing standing between the Customer never returning or saving the relationship is your ability to deliver a great Customer Service Recovery. Classes are listed in order by (A) Traditional in-Person Classes, (B) Hybrid Classes (Traditional with an online component), and (C) Online Classes. You can also change the sort order to view by using the SORT BY button below (left). Class can also be viewed by (1) location, (2) instructor name, (3) price, (4) start date, (5) course number and (6) online classes first, traditional classes second or reverse. When you view SEARCH results, they are listed by Relevancy, but can be reorganized by other criteria.

Online Classes are indicated by a square box with ONLINE reversed.
