This series of courses gives you the skills to ensure you know who all your project stakeholders are, what to plan to deliver the scope of your project, when your deadlines are throughout the process by developing an accurate and efficient schedule, and how anticipate what could happen through mitigating the contingencies that may impact your success. You will gain a working knowledge of the basics of project management and be able to immediately use that knowledge to effectively manage work projects.
